Stuffed mushrooms

Fresh mushrooms

Chopped cooked turkey, chicken or turkey sausage

Swiss cheese

Mayonaise

Garlic, minced or chopped

White pepper

Tarragon

 

Wash mushrooms and remove stems.  Place equal amounts of mushroom stems, turkey, and swiss cheese in a food processor and blend until finely minced.  Stir in enough mayonaise to hold things together.  Also stir in minced garlic, white pepper and tarragon to taste.  Stuff mushroom caps with filling.

 

Bake mushrooms in oven or convection oven at 325 for approximately 15 minutes.  Serve hot.
