Sour cream meatballs
Make meatballs by combining beef, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, and a few Tbls of tomato sauce. Saute meatballs until browned on the outside. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, Worchestershire suace, salt and pepper. Cook until thickened, about 15 minutes. In the meantime, cook noodles. Stir in sour cream just before serving. |
